The refund policy for FinovateSpring is as follows:
- For cancellations requested on or prior to March 3, 2017, we will refund 100% of the fee.
- For cancellations between March 4, 2017 and March 31, 2017, we will refund 50% of the fee.
- For cancellations on or after April 1, 2017, we will not be able to refund any of the fee, but we will still be able to transfer your ticket to another member of your team. Please fill out the Transfer Request Form here.
- We will always honor cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase.
